A helpline database software has to contain complex layers of information and provide the infrastructure for large quantities of data while allowing for the user to navigate effortlessly through an intuitive interface.

Key Pain Points
The existing product fails the user due to its high learning curve and poor information architecture. 

Goals
To simplify an overwhelming platform by creating a contextual experience, allowing the user to focus on their primary goals, thus serving as an aide instead of an obstacle.
